The unit
Type the code. It is pulled from training.gov.au as it stands today, with its elements, performance criteria, knowledge and performance evidence and assessment conditions — and watched from then on, so you are told when the register supersedes it.

The teaching written out, plus the session plans, the student workbook, a lesson plan for each activity timed to the minutes you set, info sheets and a glossary. A unit’s worth of teaching, not a template to fill in.

Assessments & quizzes

- Does this make our RTO compliant?
- No. It writes the documents an auditor asks for and keeps them consistent with the unit. A qualified assessor still has to read, validate and sign off everything before it reaches a student — the same as any tool you would buy or any consultant you would hire.
- Is it AI-generated?
- Yes, and we say so on every export. The unit of competency itself is Commonwealth material reproduced unchanged; the learning content and assessment drafts are generated and must be validated before use.
- Who owns what we produce?
- You do. The packs are yours to edit, deliver, rebrand and keep if you stop paying.
- How many trainers can use it?
- That is the only difference between the tiers. Units are unlimited on all of them — the tier decides how many trainers can work in it, and the pricing page lists what each one holds.
- What happens to our packs if we stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. A lapsed licence stops you building new units and keeps everything readable and exportable for 90 days — 30 after a trial — and the billing page has a Download everything button that builds one archive of every unit: both copies of every assessment, the mapping documents, the tool review and validation records, and a CSV of every edit ever made. After that window nothing is deleted either; subscribing again brings it all back exactly as it was.
- Where does our material go?
- Your account and everything you generate are stored in Australia — Supabase, Sydney region — and the writing is done by Anthropic models. Your content is not used to train them. We do not sell it, publish it, or share it between customers.
- Can it be written for our cohort and our workplace?
- Yes, and it is checked afterwards. Any practical task can be moved to your own setting — say "a school canteen instead of a building site" and it rewrites — and the new setting is then put back to the model against every criterion that task is mapped to, so a scenario that reads well but leaves a criterion nowhere to happen is caught rather than discovered at validation.
- What if an auditor questions a pack you built?
- Send us the finding. We rebuild the pack, correct the mapping and check it by hand, at no charge, for as long as you are a customer. It is not a refund and it is not advice about your audit — it is the document put right. It also does not stop applying because you edited the pack, which every other version of this promise in the market does.
- Does it come out on our own branding?
- Yes. Upload your logo once on the team page and it prints in the header of every document this organisation generates — the student paper, the marking guide, the mapping matrix, all of them — beside your RTO name and national code. There is nothing to reformat and no house-style pass afterwards.
- Why not just use ChatGPT?
- Use it — we do. But a general assistant starts from a blank page every time. It does not hold your unit library, it will not build a mapping document that stamps itself INCOMPLETE when a criterion has nothing behind it, it does not write a Standard 1.3 or 1.5 record, and it will not export SCORM or a marking guide your assessor can sign.
